The Alcami Corporation brand refresh and website redesign was a transformative initiative aimed at modernizing the company’s digital and physical presence to align with its innovative solutions and leadership in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries. The project included a bold visual rebranding with updated logos, colors, and typography, delivering a clean and professional image across all platforms.
At the heart of the refresh were the stunning molecule designs featured across Alcami’s branding. These molecules are one-of-a-kind and patented, ensuring they cannot be duplicated. They serve as a visual representation of Alcami’s commitment to uniqueness, reinforcing the tagline: "Your product is unique. You deserve a unique CDMO." The particle story not only underscores Alcami’s scientific expertise but also resonates with its clients’ needs for tailored solutions and individualized support.
In addition to the digital overhaul, the brand refresh extended to all collateral materials, ensuring a cohesive brand experience at every touchpoint. New folders were created, complete with booklets for each business unit, providing a comprehensive overview of Alcami’s offerings. Granular sell sheets were designed to highlight specific services, and customizable PowerPoint templates were developed to enhance presentations and streamline internal and external communication.
A key highlight of the initiative was the integration of Ask Alcami, an AI-powered virtual assistant built on a ChatGPT platform. This cutting-edge tool provides instant, accurate answers to customer inquiries, helping users navigate the website, locate detailed information, and explore Alcami’s services. As a virtual sales assistant, Ask Alcami enhances customer engagement, streamlines communication, and drives conversions.
